West Point

The United State Military Academy at West Point is open to the public on a daily basis. Visitors may enter the academy grounds only by guided tours. It is strongly recommended visitors call the Visitor's Center to check on the status of the tours as they may be cancelled at any time. Travel time from Glenmere Mansion 35 minutes.

Historic Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame

The museum collects and preserves the history of harness racing and serves as the hall of fame for trotter horses. The Goshen Historic Race Track is the oldest horse track still used in the United States. Stables still operate on the grounds and exhibition races are held annually. Travel time 10 minutes from Glenmere.
